1. Services Provided
Mind Body XR offers custom XR software development and consultation, specializing in academic research in neuroscience, psychology, psychiatry, and neurology. Services include:

• Research-specific prototyping and full XR software development using agile methodologies

• Consultation for XR-related research in healthcare and academia

2. Free Consultation
We offer a free 30-minute initial online meeting to understand your project and provide a quote.

3. Payment Terms

• Pricing is determined after the initial consultation based on the scope of work.

• Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due in two parts: 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion.

• Payments are accepted via bank transfer.

4. Late Payment Policy
Final payment is due within 30 days of project completion. Late payments may incur:

• A 10% fee added every 30 days of non-payment

• Legal action if necessary

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Stay engaged throughout development

• Attend bi-weekly progress reviews or review emailed video demos

• Provide timely and accurate feedback

• Accept that significant changes in project scope will require a new quote

6. Intellectual Property
Ownership of software and IP is determined on a case-by-case basis and must be clarified before development begins.

7. Ongoing Support

• Free support (bug fixes, small changes) is included for 12 months after delivery.

• After that, optional extended support is available at £1,000/month.

8. Guarantees and Limitations

• We guarantee compatibility with Meta Quest 2 and Meta Quest 3 devices.

• Compatibility with other devices is possible but not guaranteed unless testing is available.

• We do not guarantee data security on client devices or specific research outcomes.

• We guarantee the final product meets the agreed specifications. If it does not, a refund may be issued.
